My practice is at Kabelstraat 1 in Almere. Not a chain with rotating staff, but one practitioner who gets to know your feet and takes the time to look properly before doing anything. I work in English, Dutch and Polish.
Getting here from Amsterdam
- By train — direct intercity from Amsterdam Centraal to Almere Centrum, roughly 25 minutes, no changes. Trains run frequently, including in the evening.
- By car — via the A1 and A6, usually 25 to 35 minutes depending on traffic. There is parking at the practice.
- From Amsterdam Zuidoost — the closest starting point; noticeably quicker by car than from the centre.
Parking is an argument in its own right. An hour of parking in central Amsterdam can cost a meaningful share of the treatment itself; at the practice in Almere you park outside without paying or circling the block.
Hours that suit commuters
The practice is open Monday to Friday from 16:00 to 19:00 and Saturday from 9:00 to 19:00. Deliberately evenings and weekends, so you do not need to take time off work. Saturday gives you the most room if you would rather not rush the journey back.
